* Nonrefundable application fee to cover OBS administration and initial evaluation of suitability of Arbitrator. Mediator, Intercessor, or Investigation Team. Will be applied toward Arbitrator, Mediator, Intercessor, or Investigation Team Fee if OBS undertakes the arbitration, mediation, intercession, or investigation.
Arbitration Services
Presiding as arbitrator in a dispute resolution.
Arbitrator Fee (General)
$3,000.00 USD per day*
* Combined fee for all Parties. Based on 6 hours of arbitration time per day; $1,500 for a half-day not to exceed 3 hours. If the arbitration runs over 3 hours during any one day, the Parties will be charged for a whole day.
Arbitrator Fee (Discounted)
$2,000.00 USD per day**
** Combined fee for all Parties. Based on 6 hours of arbitration time per day. $1,000 for a half-day not to exceed 3 hours. If the arbitration runs over 3 hours during any one day, the Parties will be charged for a whole day. NOTE: Applies only to religious organizations and small, humanitarian-based nonprofit organizations.

Co-intercessors facilitating a Restorative or Transformational Intercession

* Combined fee for both Co-Intercessors. Based on 6 hours of intercession time per day. $1,500 for a half-day not to exceed 3 hours. If the intercession runs over 3 hours during any one day, client will be charged for a whole day.
