Arbitration Services

With few exceptions, acting as an arbitrator is not considered the practice of law. We are a nationwide and (where English is agreed upon) international service provider. Therefore, in most states and many international venues, we can intervene as an arbitrator to facilitate the resolution of your dispute without having to be licensed as an attorney at law in that state or country. When inquiring about our availability to serve you, we will verify our qualifications before engagement or payment.

When presiding as an arbitrator in your matter, we will conform to Our Rules of Engagement unless otherwise required to be binding in your jurisdiction or as may be (1) agreed among the Parties and Olive Branch Solutions LLC and (2) in conformity to applicable law.

Usually, the fees of one of our professionals for presiding as an arbitrator in your dispute resolution will not exceed $5,000 USD per day (based on 6 hours of proceedings per day), plus time for deliberation and drafting of a written decision (e.g., findings of fact and conclusions of law) not to exceed 20 hours at the rate of $500 USD per hour. In matters related to (1) certain nonprofit or religious organizations or (2) involving a claim of monetary damages of $50,000 USD or less, Olive Branch Solutions LLC offers discounted Arbitrator Fees.

The parties will also be obligated for costs of the Arbitrator. In most situations, arbitrations will be conducted remotely through the use of Microsoft Teams or Zoom. If the Parties require or agree with the Arbitrator that the arbitration is to be conducted in person, then the Parties shall bear the cost of all of Arbitrator's expenses (including hotel, transportation, and per diem).
